Who I Am and What I Do
Welcome!

My herbal journey began when I started looking for different holistic ways to help manage my Fibromyalgia, which I was diagnosed with in 2016. I found there was very little support from the medical community and decided to start a journey of discovery on my own. This eventually led me to the benefits of holistic medicine practices, specifically plant medicine.
While I work/ed on healing myself I felt called to help others as well. I have almost finished my studies with the Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine and am working toward becoming a Registered Clinical Herbalist.
I also love working with vibrational medicine such as Flower Essences and recently completed the Flower Essence Practitioner course through Wild Rose College.

In the meantime I am so happy to share these blends and other goodies with you and hope they can help you on whatever journey you may be on in this life. I believe in the power of herbal remedies and ritual to help physically, mentally and emotionally.

A little bit about my practice and what the word witch means to me…
I am a woman of Mother Earth. I feel her pulsating through my veins and work to synchronize myself with the cycles of nature. I feel the power in the gifts nature has given to us to work with as tools for healing. In nature's cycle there is both life and death. Dark and light. All of these facets must be recognized and honoured. When I pray and ask for guidance it’s to my ancestors, for it’s their blood that flows through me making me who I am. I don’t worship a particular God or Deity. I believe in the power of thought and energy which surrounds every living thing. I believe in the power of the mind and it’s intent. We are all connected by this energy. One living, breathing thing. I am an observer, a mover of energy and a woman of nature. Daily ritual to me is incredibly important. It’s about setting the intent for my energy and taking control of it using the tools given to me by Mother Earth and my ancestors.
